The customer will usually get an order in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, FAATEH holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.

RETURN& EXCHANGE
At Faateh, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Please take note of the following guidelines:
- Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange. Please allow us a maximum of one week to complete the refund or exchange process.
- Courier Charges: If there is a genuine fault with the product, Faateh will cover the courier charges for returning the item. However, if you simply do not like the product for some reason and wish to exchange it or request a refund, you will be responsible for covering the courier charges.
- Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Additionally, all original tags must be attached to the items.

What is Shahi Poshak made from?
Shahi Poshak is a poly-viscose wash & wear blend with a fine denim-inspired surface texture.
Is it suitable for summer?
It is presented as a summer wash & wear fabric with a soft finish and clean fall for warm-weather dressing.
Is the fabric soft or stiff?
Shahi Poshak has a soft finish with fall. The colour videos can be used to judge its movement more clearly before ordering.
Is 4 metres enough for a complete suit?
Four metres is Faateh’s standard cutting. Confirm with your tailor if your preferred style or measurements need additional fabric.
Why is advance payment required for extra cutting?
Extra lengths are cut specially for the order. Advance payment is therefore required for 4.5, 5, 5.5 and 6-metre options.
Will the received colour look exactly like my screen?
Phone screens and lighting can change how a shade appears. Allow an approximate 5–10% variation and judge the received fabric in daylight.
What comes inside the package?
The package includes the selected fabric cutting, matching buttons and the Faateh brand tag.
How long does delivery take?
Faateh normally displays an estimated nationwide delivery window of 1–3 working days. Remote locations can take longer.
