Return & Exchange
At Faateh, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Please take note of the following guidelines:
Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange. Please allow us a maximum of one week to complete the refund or exchange process.
Courier Charges: If there is a genuine fault with the product, Faateh will cover the courier charges for returning the item. However, if you simply do not like the product for some reason and wish to exchange it or request a refund, you will be responsible for covering the courier charges.
Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Additionally, all original tags must be attached to the items.

- Pack the item back in the original packing.
