Shipping Information

The customer will usually get an order in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.

“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification.   3. Courier Charges: If there is a genuine fault with the product, Faateh will cover the courier charges for returning the item. However, if you simply do not like the product for some reason and wish to exchange it or request a refund, you will be responsible for covering the courier charges.

  4. Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Additionally, all original tags must be attached to the items.
