"Korean Toyobo" by Faateh is a superior quality poly-viscose blended fabric. It has a dim Luster and feels soft to the touch. Also, it has smoothness with excellent drape and is processed with an anti-shrink & anti-wrinkle finish. It is one of the high-end fabrics that suit all occasions, whether they are formal or just going out to work. Toyobo is soft and has a dim Luster. It is medium-weight and does not cause skin irritation like polyester for some.

The customer will usually get an order in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, FAATEH holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.

We at FAATEH aim at customer’s satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

FAATEH reserves the right to cancel any order at any given time due to any circumstances. FAATEH shall not be held liable for any shipment delay or cancellation due to any circumstances beyond its control.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@faatehstore.com within 72 hours of delivery
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
